One of the givens about life is that there will be times when we’re not sure about why something is happening, if we can be absolutely confident in the decisions being made, and when it will end.

Currently with the COVID-19 pandemic questions continue to surface about when will it stop and when will things go back to normal.

Many lives have been changed as a consequence, and we are still awaiting answers to these questions.

In this post I’ll be sharing 7 tips for staying grounded during times of uncertainty.

  2. Practice and Prioritize Self-Care
  3. Stay Informed – But Not Excessively Informed – the resources I refer to daily are the Ministry of Health Ontario and Public Health Ontario 
  4. Practice Gratitude

  6. Have an Intentional Attitude
  7. Stay Connected With Your Community

With goal setting for 2020 on our minds, here are some key tips for setting solid goals.

Has the excitement of starting a new year and new decade settled in yet?
