Alisia partners with stressed high-achieving women who eat their overwhelm to find emotional and food freedom so they can confidently take care of their career and themselves.
Alisia Young is a Naturopathic Medicine graduate and Eating Disorder Recovery Coach (with a focus on Binge Eating).
While completing her Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, Alisia fell in love with fitness, nutrition, and holistic health. During her training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she experienced anxiety, depression, and an unfillable void of not feeling “good enough,” which she numbed through disordered eating and self-sabotage.
After practicing as a Naturopathic Doctor, Alisia resigned her license to pursue her calling of supporting her clients through eating disorder recovery. Through her Binge-Free Living Program (launching July 2020), Alisia consolidates her training and experience in previous roles as an ND, fitness instructor, personal trainer, nutrition coach, facilitator and tutor, to guide her clients to live lives where they’re able to focus and manage stress without binge eating.
Alisia is also the forthcoming author of the book “Congratulations Superwoman: When You’ve Climbed the Mountain and Still Don’t Feel Like Enough” to be released Fall 2020.
